Kohana PHP Framework

Kohana is an elegant, open source, and object oriented HMVC framework built using PHP5, by a team of volunteers. It aims to be swift, secure, and small. The Kohana has been deprecated and is no longer supported by the core development team, but some projects still use it., (*2)

This repository is a fork of the Kohana 3.3 branch with some changes and improvements. The goal of the project is to ensure compatibility of Kohana with new versions of PHP and provide the ability to work in a modern environment., (*3)

Note

We do not recommend using this repository for new projects. Please do not use this repository if you are not sure what you are doing., (*4)

Documentation

The userguide module included in all Kohana releases allows you to view the documentation locally. Once the userguide module is enabled in the bootstrap, it is accessible from your site via /index.php/guide (or just /guide if you are rewriting your URLs)., (*5)

License

Released under a BSD license, Kohana can be used legally for any open source, commercial, or personal project., (*6)
