Timezones for Laravel 5

A simple Laravel 5 service provider for including the Timezones for Laravel 5., _(*1)

Installation

The Timezones Service Provider can be installed via Composer by requiring the amatz5/timezones package (required for Laravel 5) in your project's composer.json., _(*2)

    "require": {
        "laravel/framework": "5.0.*",
        "amatz5/timezones": "dev-master"
    },
}

or, _(*3)

Require this package with composer:, _(*4)

composer require amatz5/timezones

Update your packages with composer update or install with composer install., _(*5)

Usage

To use the Timezones Service Provider, you must register the provider when bootstrapping your Laravel application. There are essentially two ways to do this., _(*6)

Find the providers key in config/app.php and register the Captcha Service Provider., _(*7)

    'providers' => [
        // ...
        'Amatz5\Timezones\TimezonesServiceProvider',
    ]

for Laravel 5.1+, _(*8)

    'providers' => [
        // ...
        Amatz5\Timezones\TimezonesServiceProvider::class,
    ]

Find the aliases key in config/app.php., _(*9)

    'aliases' => [
        // ...
        'Timezones' => 'Amatz5\Timezones\Facades\Timezones',
    ]

for Laravel 5.1+, _(*10)

    'aliases' => [
        // ...
        'Timezones' => Amatz5\Timezones\Facades\Timezones::class,
    ]
