Extension ics_awstats for TYPO3 v6.2 and higher

This is an updated version of the ics_awstats extension version 0.6.2, made to be compatible with TYPO3 v6.2.x and 7.6.x (maybe also higher, but not tested yet.), (*1)

This version also requires extension retrostats for writing the actual logfile., (*2)
