Log Custom Favourites

This plugin creates a custom field to the 'posts' post type named "Favourites" available through the frontend and the REST API with the GET and UPDATE methods. With this you can manage all your favourite posts. You also can call your favourite posts by using the shortcode [log_favourites] or by using the embbed widget., (*1)

Installing

  1. Download the plugin into your plugins directory
  2. Enable in the WordPress admin

Usage

While creating a new post

  1. Create a new post
  2. On your right side, at the top, you have a checkbox available to mark it as favourite or not.

While on a page

  1. Call the shortcode [log_favourites] on the editor

While on the widgets page

  1. Select the "Show LOG favourites" widget
